Small-group series blending dance-inspired cardio, functional strength, and mobility flow — created especially for women 50 +.

Each Circle meets weekly for 60 minutes of music, movement, and motivation. We move to international beats, train for balance and mobility, and celebrate progress every step of the way.

The FemFearless Glow Method

We blend dance, strength, and mobility for results you can feel.
Each class flows through four phases:

3️⃣ Flow & Stretch — Mobility sequences for hips, shoulders, and spine.
4️⃣ Breathe & Reflect — Mindful cool-down to close with gratitude and calm.
